A wedding at Batholomew Barn

Nina and Paul wanted a very relaxed and beautiful wedding in the countryside, secluded and peaceful. So it’s little wonder they fell in love with Bartholomew Barn in West Sussex, as it’s remote, oh so pretty and utterly tranquil.

The days forecast was horrendous, there’s really no other way to put it. Heavy rain was predicted for the entire day and as the morning preparations began everyone knew the skies were unlikely to life. But, quite incredibly they did and not only that by late afternoon the clouds moved aside to let the glorious warm summer sunshine rays break through. We were all so thrilled to see that for this lovely couple.

Here are a few sneak peeks from the big day, obviously there’s lots more to share after the couples private viewing. There’s also a suppliers list to die for with some of the very best in the wedding industry involved in making this wedding and this bride look amazing. Enjoy.

Congratulations Nina and Paul, what an absolutely gorgeous wedding with so many wonderful people to share it with you.

More very soon.

Oh! So beautiful… Nina is a gorgeous bride (and the loveliest, loveliest lady ever!) – I can’t wait to see more, it looks and sounds like an incredibly special day.
I adore the sunlight in your images, and they have that signature romance you always capture, Cat.
The calligraphy looks especially nice… better than it did in my studio, with the lavender and napkin… can’t wait to see more!!!
