Kaitlin and Matt – Beloved shoot.

The countryside in Britain is surely to be envied. It’s utterly breath taking at times, the meadows, carpets of buttercups, soft green leaves, vast expanses of open space, bird song, curious cows…

Yesterday I spent a wonderful afternoon enjoying the English countryside, this time in Lancashire. Kaitlin and Matt have just returned home from their base in Bermuda, to be married this weekend in a rather fabulous ceremony in Manchester. They decided they’d like their engagement shoot along the canal which runs close to Brindle, it’s actually the Leeds to Liverpool canal.

Who’d have thought it could be this beautiful ! Once again I encouraged the couple to spend time just enjoying being together, enjoying the stillness of just knowing they are loved and have a wonderful life together to come.

Here are the highlights of their shoot. I cannot wait for this weekends wedding, they are surely going to make a rather splendid couple!

* Sigh* just look at the perfect weather, the warm sunshine and the blue skies. Let’s hope summer has arrived and is finally here to stay. We are all longing to welcome it with arms outstretched.

Many congratulations to Matt and Kaitlin. I am so thrilled to be on this journey with you and look forward to this weekends special events.
