A wedding at Goldsborough Hall – James and Depika

Winter weddings are always so interesting. Not least because the weather is a law unto itself at this time of year. For James and Depikas big day at Goldsborough hall it was foggy, quite thick, soupy fog. But this wedding was SO vibrant, so full of colour, that it did not matter one bit.

The couple started their day very early with a 9.30am church service at Goldsborough Church, just a short walk from the hall itself. They went on to have a drinks reception and a brunch in the newly refurbished Queen Mary drawing room and then Depika began the mammoth change to prepare her for a Hindu ceremony in a marquee in the grounds of the Hall. This was the first Asian wedding Goldsborough hall has hosted and the team were so excited to see the incredibly beautiful decoration of the marquee. It really was quite spectacular.

The day was so warm, so full of love and both priests were so inclusive, it made the day very special indeed.

Here are some highlights of this most vibrant of days.

My sincere congratulations to James and Depika- what a day! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this spectacular day.

My love and thanks to the team at Goldsborough Hall- one of my favourite venues, and always so helpful and wonderful. And my gratitude to Colin Murdoch for assisting me.
