The love that goes into creating beautiful wedding photographs.

Every single photograph I take at a wedding and present to my couples is crafted with love.

I’m absolutely passionate about what I do. I care deeply that every image is a beautiful reflection of the emotions, the events and the details of a wedding day.

I curate wedding days for my brides and grooms, carefully taking each element of the day and photographing it in a way which suits the style, theme, venue, look and feel of each couples wedding. It’s why you’ll see images of wedding gowns floating in trees, or couples embracing amongst the early May blossom. When couples book me, they connect with my vision,  my view of the world and ask me to bring that viewpoint and creativity to their wedding day. It’s so much more than simply being able to use a camera.

My photographs are not ” snaps” or “pics”. I don’t just work for a few hours on a wedding day and hand over the results. There is so much more behind the scenes.

Photographs like these do not simply happen by accident. They come from love, dedication and sheer hard work.

Each wedding on average involves 2-3 weeks work for me. From preparation for an engagement shoot, finding a suitable location, advising a couple, shoot time, editing the images, private viewings, consultations, venue visits, and the wedding day itself, post production of the images, album design and product preparation, it takes hour after hour, after hour of love and attention to create the images you see in this article for example.

If you book me for your wedding day you get my creativity, my vision, my style, my expertise and most importantly my time. Hour upon hour of it, until everything is absolutely beautifully delivered.

My fabulous couples deserve nothing less.

Firstly, the images in this post are STUNNING. Secondly you’ve put the point across concisely and perfectly, without bitterness or snobbery – you have a real way with words AND images Cat. The clients who do book into you, and buy into your fabulousness are very lucky people indeed. Keep it up. :)
